"Why Is Emotional Intelligence Important?"?

So why is emotional intelligence important to you? Here's the key. When you're happy, then energy flows easily in your body. Conversely when energy is flowing freely in your body, you're HAPPY.

When you love your self enough to care about how you feel, you're going to discover that life is fun again. Don't waste any more time feeling bad about how you're life has turned out so far. Your past doesn't have to be your present or your future. You can choose right now to cultivate happiness and wellness, because the two go hand in hand.

When you have energy, you stay young and vibrant. You have energy because you're dealing with stress.

Here's the relationship between stress and energy. As your stress levels go up, don't you feel more tired, less motivated? Be honest, now! So as stress levels go up, your energy level goes down. As time goes on, and you don't deal with those stress levels well, you either use up energy "fighting fires" or more blockages occur, resulting in less energy for you.

It's your emotional state that determines how much energy you generate in your body. This is body-mind-spirit connection that you hear about all the time, BUT was afraid to ask! When you're aware of your emotions and respect them and deal with them in a positive manner, then you'll always have enough energy to live life exactly the way you want to.

Respecting your emotions means you love your self enough to really care about how you feel. Acknowledging your emotions and using them in a positive way will lead you to a positive result.

Now, you know and I know, that life isn't perfect. It's always going to throw curve balls at you. But if you learn how to deal with a negative emotional state - and that's the only one that adversely affects you - quickly, then you will let go faster and faster.

Why is emotional intelligence important to you is because the sooner you can let go, the sooner you can enjoy life! Is that worth the bother of learning how to do it? Would that really be a bother - to actually go through life in a happy state, instead of a grumpy state?

Now, I mean really be happy. It's a feeling. Not just pretending to be happy. Lots of people walk around like that. More people walk around being grumpy. In any case, it's not helping them to enjoy life.

And I know you may have gone through a tough time. Maybe you're going through a touch time right now. But you can surmount any hardship. Any hardship. By remembering who you are.
